COSTCO...
I went in Houston and did self check-out. Katrina removed a item from the belt and it threw things off. She defended that it was on the computer and thus all was well. It was so I checked out. I walked out and they marked my receipt. I got home to Quicken and I am a THIEF. I have called and I need to return to my local COSTCO and make things right. Honesty is always the best policy. It's all Katrina's fault!!!

Well I have gone into the new year, as a thief. I called the 800 number for Costco and told them my situation and they said they could do nothing. They suggested i go to my local store and tell them and they could charge me and send it to the Houston store in the transaction.
I went to the store, not wanting to go into the new year a thief. They called the manager and he said he had no idea how to do it and if they charged me it would cost more because of taxes. I was still undefeated so I begged and said it doesn't matter I deserve to pay taxes. He wished me a Happy New Year and stated that I should feel relieved because I at least had tried to make it right admitting he did not know how to do what corporate said could be done. This morning I called the actual store and they listened and sent me off to some one. She came on the line and said Merry Christmas. I fought to pay and she said that she was cut from the same mold and could understand my feelings. But that all is well and thank you.
Now, I guess I have to let it go and try to get over it. That will take a memory loss. :O(

my happiness!

“You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep a record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experiences.” ~Pres. Gordon B. Hinckley
